Position details and requirements:
Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical IOM experience + CNIM certification. We may consider CNIM-eligible candidates in certain circumstances.
Environment: Join a core team that works constantly with the same surgeons to create a pleasant and non-confrontational environment; All surgeries monitored remotely by a board-certified neurologist.
Call Requirements: Call is covered every 4th week on rotation and involves a highly aggressive compensation structure.
Travel: None
Scheduling/Time Off: Very easy to plan and balance a work-life schedule with a flexible PTO package that can be coordinated in advance. 4-day weeks are common.
Case Breakdown: 75% spine, 25% craniotomies/vascular/ENT; Willing to train on craniotomies for those with the desire to learn.

Compensation: Total take home pay includes an aggressive bonus plan and should be in the $90k-$105k range + 401k (4% match) + 100% paid HC insurance + Relocation (if needed)
