We have a unique opportunity for an IOM professional in the Spring Hill/Hernando Beach area of Florida, about 1.5 hours north of Tampa. This is a quiet community with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches. What is wonderful about this position is that you’ll only monitor cases at two hospitals with no call and 3-day weekends!
Position details and requirement
Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical IOM experience + CNIM certification.
Environment: This is a smaller team, and you will have significant autonomy. There will be no “micro-management” here!
Call Requirements: None
Travel: None
Scheduling/Time Off: Cases are only scheduled Mon-Thurs, with Fridays off! You will always have the luxury of a 3-day weekend and cases may be relatively short, which means that some days you may be finished by 1pm.
Case Breakdown: 90% spine, 10% vascular
Location: Spring Hill or Hernando Beach, FL: This is a growing area about 1.5 hours north of Tampa. Please note that we cannot consider anyone residing in Hillsborough or Pinellas County…the commute is simply too far.
Compensation: Base salary in the $85k-$100k range + solid bonus incentives + 401k + HC insurance + very reasonable PTO + Relocation
