We have a staff level or team lead opportunity for an IOM professional in Buffalo, NY. Top compensation in the region and no call! Just 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, this area has a low cost of living and an abundance of outdoor activities. It’s directly on Lake Erie (incredible for boating enthusiasts during the Spring/Summer) and a short drive from Toronto – arguably the most international city in North America.
Position details and requirement
Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical IOM experience + CNIM certification.
Environment: The core team works consistently with the same surgeons, and all surgeries monitored remotely by a board-certified neurologist.
Call Requirements: None
Travel: None
Bonuses: There are a variety of ways to earn extra income, including mileage compensation, performance enhancements, and per case extras…can be discussed in an interview.
Scheduling: 4-day weeks are common
PTO: 3 weeks

Location: Buffalo, NY: Surgery centers and hospitals sprinkled across the Buffalo metro area.
Compensation: $115k for a staff role or $125k for a team lead + multiple bonuses + 401k + HC insurance + cell phone allowance + Relocation (if needed). The overall comp plan is outstanding.
