Company:  Booming international device company with proprietary neurological technology with a core focus on research and development.   Revenue generated through an international sales force.

The goal and the challenge: Your objective will be to leverage your experience in driving, coaching, and guiding sales teams on a national scope.  You will have full management support to grow and manage an existing team.  Additionally, you will have all of the resources necessary to improve upon a sales infrastructure required for success.

Responsibilities: All trade shows, staff training, sales campaigns, metrics, and QA oversight will fall under your domain.  Your “sales expertise” will be rewarded and appreciated unlike any other time in your career! We expect the sales team to double over the next 24-36 months.

Support: The company already has a very strong technical support team, comprised of clinicians and PhD’s in neuroscience.  All of the “technical assistance” you willneed for product demonstrations or literature will be at your disposal.  Everything you need to succeed will be provided…the company just needs you to be the sales guru that you are!

Travel: 75% nation-wide travel along with regular trade show attendance will be required.

Required Experience: 5+ years managing/directing sales teams with direct reports.  Experience with neurological or neuroscience call points.

Relocation: None required.  You may perform in this role from anywhere in the country with access to a major airport.

Compensation: A negotiable package (estimated to be $250k) that will include a highly competitive base salary + commission.
