We have a straightforward IOM opportunity in Coeur d’Alene, ID. This entails working at 2 hospitals in the city with occasional coverage in surrounding towns. This smaller city is an outdoor paradise and lies directly on Lake Coeur D’Alene with 135 miles of shoreline. It’s a hidden gem and quite a few celebrities have homes here to get away from the big city hustle. Every amenity can be found here and Spokane, WA is only 30 minutes away if you need shopping alternatives or a larger airport. In summary, this is awesome for outdoor enthusiasts, as well as those who want a slower pace in a location that’s a bit off the grid.
Position details and requirements:
- Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical IOM experience; We can consider CNIM-eligible candidates with experience, as well.
- Case load: You’ll cover cases 3-4 days per week. Work/life balance is king here!
- Case Breakdown: 95% spine, 4% crani’s, and 1% ENT. Training on crani’s is available, if needed.
- Location: Coeur d’Alene, ID. Please note that candidates may reside in Coeur d’Alene or Spokane. The choice is yours, but the facilities are in Idaho, so you’ll save a bit of commuting time in the morning if you choose to live locally.
- Compensation: Base salary in the $80k-$100k range + call pay + 100% paid HC insurance. If you have an AuD, you can take home additional pay by reading cases remotely.
- Call Requirement: You’ll be on call once every 6 weeks; Call is only at 1 facility.
- Relocation package: Fully negotiable.
