Virtually all accounts are in the northern suburbs of Plano, McKinney, Denton, and Frisco. Team members typically reside within 15 minutes of their primary facility and almost never drive to downtown, Fort Worth, or South Dallas.
Position details and requirements:
- Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of clinical IOM experience + CNIM certification
- Environment: You’ll tend to focus on a few surgeons that are consistently “your” accounts. Existing relationships are paramount and you’ll feel welcomed. Zero travel.
- Case load: You’ll cover cases 3-4 days per week. This is exceptional work/life balance for a major metropolitan city.
- Case Breakdown: 70% spine, 20% crani (90% of which are simple crani’s), and 10% vascular.
- Location: Dallas, TX (Focused on the Northern suburbs)
- Compensation: Base salary in the $105k-$135k range + year-end bonus. 100% paid HC insurance + 401k with 4% match + 3 weeks of PTO.
- Call Requirement: Weekend call is taken on rotation every 5-6 weeks.
