Position details and requirements:
- Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of clinical IOM experience + CNIM certification
- Environment: All monitoring takes place in the San Antonio metro area. If you want to be part of a grass roots team with a deep commitment to continuing education, this is it. Attendance at industry conferences (ASET, ASNM, ACNS, SSET, etc.) is not only supported, but also paid for on a bi-annual basis.
- Case load: You’ll cover about 4 cases per week. A given week can vary from 2-4 days, depending on case length and type. Bonuses will kick in if you exceed this hurdle in any given month.
- Stability: Thousands of surgeries monitored each year and demand is increasing rapidly; This is an extremely stable position.
- Case Breakdown: Every modality and procedure will be covered, although 75% of the focus will be on spine, ortho, and ENT. Roughly 20% craniotomy coverage (training provided, if needed)
- Location: San Antonio, TX (very low cost of living…your salary will go a long way here)
- Compensation: Total compensation in the $100k-$115k range + full benefits package (including an exceptional 4% matching on a 401k). You can count on taking home 6-figures yearly. - Call Requirement: You’ll be on call about 6-7 times per year, which is extremely reasonable. A stipend is paid if you are called for a case.
