We have an opportunity for an IOM clinical manager in Houston, TX. Would you enjoy overseeing a team that monitors some of the most interesting and exotic cases in the world? Position details and requirements:
Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of clinical IOM experience + CNIM certification. A high level of proficiency monitoring craniotomies is preferred (tumor resection, aneurysm clipping, cranial nerve monitoring, BAER’s, EMG, motor mapping, etc).
Environment: Join a core team that will stretch your intellectual limits by working on some of the most interesting and advanced cases in the world. You’ll can also share your knowledge by helping others with all facets of advanced neuro case coverage (if you possess prior crani experience).
Managerial Duties: Scheduling, account management, cultivating surgical relationships, performance reviews, interviewing, maintaining team camaraderie, assisting with credentialing and onboarding, coordination of the executive teams’ strategic vision, and a lighter case load per month. The clinical manager will take call periodically.
Call Requirements: Call is covered every 5th week on rotation and involves a highly aggressive compensation structure. There is little after hours call during the week, but some weekend coverage is required.
Travel: None
Case Breakdown: 50% spine, 50% craniotomies (with some vascular and ENT).

Compensation: Highly negotiable 6-figure base salary + advanced bonus plan that should exceed $25k + 401k + 100% paid HC insurance + Relocation (if needed)
