We have a relaxed IOM opportunity in Sacramento. This is exclusively focused on spinal surgery with a well-balanced schedule that will primarily run three days per week – leaving plenty to time to hit the slopes in Lake Tahoe or hike in one of 5 nearby national parks. The scenario is designed for someone who is seeking genuine work/life balance, a predictable schedule, and a cost of living that is relatively low for Northern CA.
Position details and requirements:
- Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of clinical IOM experience and a CNIM.
- Schedule & work-life balance: 3 days/wk is the norm. A key element is that nearly all cases are scheduled well in advance, which means that you will have significant flexibility with your time. There is also no trauma coverage.
- Case Breakdown: 100% spine.
- Call Requirements: Call will be very limited but paid when taken.
- Location: Sacramento, CA
- Compensation: Total compensation should be in the $120k-$135k range + HC insurance + mileage + “flexible” PTO.
