Clinical Neuro Sales, Capital Equipment–Mid-West Region

Clinical Sales Account Management Opportunity

Opportunity:  This is a unique opportunity to join a sales team from the onset.  You will have significant impact on driving revenue across all clinical markets.  Our client is entering a new phase of rapid growth and recently listed on a public stock exchange (Q1, 2013).  Due to the influx of investment capital, the time is right for expansion across North America.  There is virtually zero competition due to proprietary technology and it appeals tremendously to end users (hospitals, sleep labs, neuro clinics, etc) that seek to reduce their costs, while still offering world class patient care.  This is a superior product line to represent!

Company:  Our client has been in business for 21 years and is extremely financially stable, with $14 million in revenue, today.  They currently have a team of 80, but intend to expand rapidly over the next year.  The company’s proprietary neurological technology is poised to explode into the neurodiagnostic, sleep, and physician marketplace. The company’s focus on research and development has always been its strength. Now, with a huge infusion of capital, sales across North America will be developed by the emergence of a strong, nation-wide sales force.

The goal and the challenge:  Your objective will be to leverage your experience in neuro sales across a multi-state region that you will define.  You tell us where you can effectively sell and our client will design the territory around your strengths.  Additionally, you will have all of the resources necessary for success.  There is no existing “sales department”…your clinical territory will become your domain!

Responsibilities: Fully developed sales leads across your region will be yours to develop and mold.  Your “sales expertise” will be rewarded and appreciated unlike any other time in your career!

Support:  The company already has a very strong technical support team, comprised of clinicians and PhD’s in neuroscience.  All of the “technical assistance” you will need for product demonstrations or complex proposals will be at your disposal.  Everything you need to succeed will be provided…the company just needs you to be the sales guru that you are!

Travel:  50%-70% travel across your designated region as well as quarterly trade shows will be required.

Required Experience: 2+ years selling capital equipment in the neurodiagnostic market.

Relocation: None required.  You may perform in this role from anywhere in the country.  Occasional travel to corporate headquarters for meetings will be required.

Compensation:  A negotiable package that will include a highly competitive base salary, commission, bonus, and stock options.  You can expect a package in the $150k-$170k range.  You will be offered a higher salary and/or draw in Year 1 as you develop your sales territory.
